Just because he is a physician and prominent to the community does not make him innocent of murder. Let's just not give him lean way because he's a physician he is no better than anybody else in this world

Thankfully, he was convicted. I think the jury made the right choice. There’s no way he should’ve been Scott free.

Vinnie, I have to leave a comment. This is a travesty of justice. Defense asks Mr. Tuerk if he meant to kill his wife when he placed his hands around her neck, he replies, "No" (add in fake tearless cry). As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer I know hemodynamics circle of willis carotid (blood travels via carotid up to circle of willis which is vasculature surrounding and feeding brain). A glorified picture taker knows but a highly trained, experienced surgeon doesn't. BS and the jury rewarded him with manslaughter. Disgusting.

My understanding is that he was triangulated by her and all her friends, mentally abused. They all messed with his head, and thats why he snapped.

I find it a sad situation either way. Seems to me she was all about his wallet but didn't deserve to die. The alcohol, her being nasty with him while both drunk, she broke a glass over his head and his size and strength wasn't a good combo. Him saying how she arranged their marriage at a Drive thru while he was intoxicated. I actually felt bad for him and she I do believe was a gold digger. In the end they both lost. People need to steer clear of red flags right from the get go. Who in their right mind would want to be so controlled by either or. This man was a very intelligent man, saved lives lot's of lives. Yep Gold Digger's will ruin all of that no doubt.
