Hello friends, TW for this one as there’s some very dark themes discussed but important ones. Just wanted to cover the doc in its entirety rather than anything else surrounding the case as I normally focus solely on TV shows on this channel.

Hope you enjoyed my coverage of this, genuinely watching this back made me cry again.. it’s so sad what those kids have to go through and o tried to be as empathetic as possible during this to everyone effected.

Me & Justin worked hard on this so happy it’s now out for you to watch, thanks for taking the time again out your day to support us🙏🏻❤️

The dad doesn't get enough heat. He 100% knew there was abuse happening and turned a blind eye. I don't understand why he's suddenly a victim, he's a grown man who didn't protect his children 🤷

When you see a first responder break down at the sight of the condition of your child. When a stranger (neighbour) breaks down at the sight of the condition of your child. But when you’re told of the condition of your children you ask how your wife is? Tells me everything I need to know.

Kevin is just as guilty. I’m amazed at how he’s managed to escape justice.

At worst Kevin is a monster, at best Kevin is a loser, either way Kevin is NOT a father.

WHY IS THE DAD NOT GETTING ARRESTED 🤔 few months ago, he filed a complaint against the older daughter for taking the iPad because she was trying to expose her parents. He is trash

The dad 100% controlled the narrative here. The oldest daughter's accounts confirm that he was complicit in a lot more than he makes out. Imo he stood by and let it happen because she brought in the $$$

I saw a comment from someone earlier and they said "it's insane that when Jodi was apparently possessed by something, they opened their home and comforted her. But when the kids were apparently overtaken by demons they decided they needed to be abused and tortured and dehumanized etc"

All family channels should be banned. There is no reason to show your children to thousands of people on the internet.
Great vid as always cam

Kevin is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He wants to look like a victim, and gain sympathy, but he is just as bad as Ruby. Whether or not he did any of the child abuse is irrelevant, he was complicit with Ruby doing it, he knew what was going on. Playing the "I didn't know" card or the "I didn't realise it was that bad" is rubbish. His reaction to learning of the devastating injuries his kids had sustained at the hands of Ruby speaks volumes. His care factor for them was zero, his care factor for Ruby was his only focus. Pathetic father

The idea that they filmed his therapy session and shared it with the world is  insane to me. That's a huge breach of his HIPAA rights.

When Kevin at the end said he still loved her, I felt in my bones that those kids are 100% not safe with him because he will absolutely take her back the moment she's out. Like the one kid said, it better not be before the youngest is over 18 years old, otherwise the possibility of it happening again is higher than 0% and that's just heartbreaking.

There was a scene in the end of the doc where Shari says something along the lines of "you get one childhood, you get one mum, this was mine". That absolutely broke my heart and stuck with me.

One of the most disturbing parts for me was the young boy saying he thought his sister was still in the house because he "heard noises" sometimes, but hadnt seen her in a month
Really put into perspective how imprisoned the children had been

That 911 call is one of the most heart breaking and heart warming things in the world.
The child found this elderly couple and the old man could barely speak through his tears as he described the state the kid was in.
That child found themselves the most loving empathetic people on that street.

I am the child of a minor “momfluencer” and it is so damaging. My whole life was recorded and posted, even the parts that were super private. Every achievement had to be post-able. I’m a pianist and growing up I always wanted to play classical stuff but my mother would tell me to only learn pop songs because they “ are more popular” than the classical songs. Every single interaction had to be recorded and if something funny or cute happened with the children, she would make us repeat it over and over again to get the perfect angle. Due to growing up like this I now have extreme photophobia and have major anxiety when someone pulls out a camera. YouTube is the only form of social media I have because I have no interest in interacting on other platforms due to burnout. Even though my mother wasn’t entirely abusive the way that ruby was, living through the lens of a camera has serious mental consequences on children.

Regarding the little boy who escaped. From what they could piece together from the journal, apparently he fully believed he was evil and deserving of his punishments - but at some point he was told that he was either going to get tortured or taken to jail. So he’s not asking for police because he’s reporting the abuse - he’s asking for police because he wants to be taken to jail rather than experience more torture. It’s utterly heartbreaking. All the adults during the rescue were in tears at the state these children were in.

Four to thirty years is not nearly enough jail time for those women. And the husband isn’t innocent in this and I really hope he doesn’t get custody - he was complicit by standing aside and letting them get hurt. He’s not fit to raise them.

The Dad makes me so mad. He wouldn't answer the phone for his kids. Or, when the neighbours reached out when the police were there. But, the minute Ruby calls him, he answered 👿

Yeah I also feel really weird about this because the dad was there for loads of the abuse and didn’t intervene at all and now he is acting like butter wouldn’t melt…when Chad’s bedroom was taken away, when she wouldn’t send lunch in for her 6 year old daughter because she should have known to pack her own lunch by then - he was there and supported her in this 😡

The father saw blood on the wall and did nothing 😠 he is spineless
