the mario in mc one is using the Figura mod, they would have stolen mario's model from the official game, made it an obj model, then ported that into blockbench, to make it a figura avatar.
... ok scratch that. Unless they added a couple other things to the model's lua code or added other clinet-side mods to allow such jumping.
