Every day, it seems, we are STILL learning things we thought we knew about the universe are wrong. Sometimes just by degrees; sometimes by vast amounts. However, with the magnificent equipment we now have access to -- Nancy Roman, JWST, et. al. (don't forget the EU telescopes) -- it's actually a very exciting time to study/work in cosmology. Primers like this one help interested lay people ground their questions in current thinking. Well done.
