This weekend we discovered that a note from the Brescia Financial Police (Guardia di Finanza) dated July 30, 2025, requested checks on the bank accounts of Judge Lambertucci (the investigating judge who closed the investigation into Andrea Sempio), as well as on all members of the Cappa family: the twins, his parents, and his brother Cesare. But then, a mystery within a mystery emerged, because investigating the Cappa family is always sooooo difficult: in the subsequent note dated September 4, in fact, in communicating the outcome of the bank checks, the names of Lambertucci and the Cappas disappeared. What happened? Is it always the same old story of the "untouchables"? One thing, however, is certain at this point: it's ridiculous to continue to maintain that investigators are absolutely not interested in the Cappa family's position.
We'll then discuss the precarious position of Attorney Lovati. Andrea Sempio, in a selfie video, tells us that he needs more time to think about it; Meanwhile, more and more details are emerging from the September 26 interrogations of Sempio's parents and aunt regarding that shady money transfer, which, according to the Brescia Prosecutor's Office, was intended to bribe Prosecutor Mario Venditti to shelve the initial investigations into Sempio. Finally, I'll talk to you about the mystery of the missing wiretaps of the Panda used by the Sempio family in 2017.
