Crushing 1000 kilometres a day on a touring Harley is work out. Doing 1000 kilometres a day on a KLR is the stuff of legends. I tip my hat to you sir. 🎩

“We didn’t start the day with an end destination in mind” this has got to be the best motorcycle quote ever!

you are a legend. 9000 miles in 15 days in a car is impressive, let alone a bike, let alone a KLR. Thanks for bringing us along with you.

Kawasaki should give you a new bike after this trip. It’s a testament to the Klr. Im 60 years old and did 1k miles over 4 days last year on my Klr and I felt beat up, mostly from the handlebar vibration and wind. Kudos to you, sir!

As a much younger man, I took the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course. On the first evening the instructor posed the class the question why we wanted to ride motorcycles. After people gave their reasons, the instructor told us we were all lying. He told us the right answer was, "Because it's cool!" 😊

I’ve got a bunch of bros that I’ve ridden with long distances, many days, but there are very few with whom I would embark together on a ride, anywhere near approaching yours. I salute you for not only making this trip, but giving such great narration and picking the perfect music and describing the setting the scene perfectly. that’s not something I could say about many of the buddies I’ve ridden with over the years and heck I don’t even know you, but I feel like I would ride with you anytime. You make level-headed decisions, you don’t stress over anything, you take it as it goes, and you try every possible plan that will get you to the next place you want to start. Well done! 👍

I am a 4 million mile Truck Driver. I take a different approach to riding. Not near as many miles a day as you did. Slow and enjoy myself. Ive done my high milage days. They can be fun too. Lots of them. Now its slow, avoid traffic. Gravel roads and 2 tracks mostly for me.
I enjoyed your video! thanks for sharing.
Best Wishes from Montana!

I don't know whose more of a beast - you or the KLR!!!

Thank you so much for uploading this. I rode the Marine variant of the KLR in the Middle East and i want it to be my first bike here in the states. This was an amazing trip to witness. Definitely on my bucket list.

Nice ride. 2800 miles in 3 days on a KLR has got to be a Guinness World Record.

WoW! ... You Sir... have the balls ...to keep going through the pain barrier ! Here in U.K. we'd have to travel across Europe and back to equal your mileage ! Not just a testament to yourself but also to the Kawasaki KLR .. " The Mule" ,,, which still, after decades remains 'bullet proof';
Thanks for a great video !

Thanks for taking us along for the ride. I was like, damn this is going to be good, then you went to Indiana and Ohio... Good none the less and enjoyable to watch. Thanks!

Great video. Legendary trip on the mighty KLR. Riding, camping, and repair skills are inspiring.

This is what I like to see, normal people, traveling and camping. I don’t even care if it sounds like you were reading your note cards, it’s authentic. Awesome video!
