A really intutive and concise tutorial for someone who is familiar with React. I liked how he actually maintains a logical continuation and help connect the dots. A good watch I'd say.

Around 53:00 you don't actually need to put loading.tsx in the folders. Putting one at the top level (aka under app) would be fine since they are the same. All child components inherit from the nearest parent if they don't have one in their folder. This behavior is shown with "not-found.tsx" as well. Of course, you should still put in respective folders if you need to customize it for different routes. Cheers!

thank you pedro for such clear and concise tutorial which covers a lot of ground. I am working on remix (now react router v7) for almost 10 months now so I had lost touch with next.js.
