Rest in peace to a legend. Sad news waking up and hearing of this man's passing this morning! ❤

It’s one thing to see chips representing cash, but when you see an actual stack of $100,000 being slid into the pot, that changes the vibe 10x

'It's very dangerous to give bullets to a man that would kill for two jacks' best commentary by Gabe 😂

Rest in peace Doyle, a legendary player, an epic life. There will never be another like him. Condolences to his family and friends.

Doyle mocking Ivey for his Full Tilt commercial had me dying.

Seeing Doyle Brunson in a cowboy hat sitting behind a huge stack of chips on one side, and a huge stack of cash on the other, is the most fucking 'Murica thing I've ever seen.

Doyle is a class act, any video i've seen of him he lets the other player decide how many times to run it. He never cares lol

My first trip to Vegas walking into the Belagio I find myself walking beside my poker idle Doyle! He was kind enough to have a conversation with me and wished me luck. My first hand I had AA and my opponent had KK. Rest in peace Doyle Brunson!

The GOAT of poker. Some players might be better skilled or what not but this man has had longevity at the highest stakes for the longest of anyone. He keeps sitting at the nose bleeds in vegas and the seats are a rotating cast of characters for several decades. He's the only one left standing every single time

“It’s very dangerous to give two bullets to someone who would kill for jacks” such amazing commentary.

A true gentleman with something very lacking today...character. The man always won with grace and lost with dignity.

10-2 forever!

I've seen many people pass over the years. I am truly surprised at how sad I was to hear of Doyle's death. I did not realize how much love and respect that I had for the man. Rest in peace 🕊️

Doyle's play is everything a poker player should be. No yelling, no cursing, no woofing, just playing his cards (yeah, along with a harsh glare or two). And I love his post-flop aggression when it looks like he has the nuts. Sheer guts. And love his Doyle's Room hat. Spent most of my online life there; it had a real down-home feel and was very sociable. I won a tourney there, the prize was a signed copy of Doyle's Super System. Now no more.
