so excited to be going for christmas this year!!!

Cool line, but we Swiss didn't produce the cuckoo clock: that's German, mainly from the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) area.

While several of the restaurants you visited are indeed popular hotspots, most of the dishes you ate were actually not authentic Swiss dishes apart from the St. Galler Bratwurst (which you wrongly ate with mustard), the rösti, the beef bouillon with „flädli“ pancake strips and the cheese fondue. You did not try the signature dish of Zurich, the Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, for example. Everything else were foreign dishes, some of them indeed popular among Swiss people, but not a representation of real traditional Swiss cuisine.

The video title is not really wrong but it's not really Swiss except the St. Gallerwurst and Fondue. Kebab is not Swiss, neither is Weiner Schnitzel, Pida, and Bratwurst with beer is German. Most of what you ate can be found in any European city and cheaper.

Exactly what I was looking for! I’m going end of Nov/early Dec this year! I travel for food and vibes, so this vlog is perfect!

Great videos man, keep making em!!

It is not too bad, but 1001 Take away was a bad choice and why not eating the Zürich Geschnetzeltes at Kronenhalle?

Zeughauskeller, not Zeaghauskeller ;)

it‘s called „zeughauskeller“

Thought this totally doomed when you started at Zeughauskeller 😂 biggest tourist trap in Zurich that is 100% customers that don’t live here - but there was some okay places in here. John baker isn’t bad, Babus is also okay, and while Frau Gerolds isn’t the best fondue in the city, it’s actually quite decent and far from the worst. Mit & Ohne is generally very good but it can be quite inconsistent and it’s certainly a very hyped place, but for kebab is one of the better places for sure - lots of bad kebab places n Zurich.

Here now  very expensive.

Bluetige Dumme.. Rösti Zürigchnetzlets... Place to go.

It is an amazing video, but you haven‘t really eaten anything truly swiss apart from the Fondue… Let me know if you are next time in Switzerland and I show you the real swiss deals…

Filming in the Kronenhalde is stricktly forbidden. They do it to avoid influencers and keep the privacy of other customers. The next time, read the rules, they are in the entrance, on the wall, in English.

Jeremy, how do you stay so skinny?

Kronenhalle vergiss es. La Salle, Reithalle es kostet 30% weniger und ist klar besser.

Poor Jeremy, d meischte vo de zeigtä Restis sind doch typischi Tourifalle.

Only Tourists dip 🥒 into the fondue😂😂😂

Wim.

You're sending mixed messages, my friend.
Your title says "..EAT ... in Zurich" - but your thumbnails shows a "Wiener Schnitzel".
A dish that carries the name of the AUSTRIAN CAPITAL in it's very name.
But - good job on finding Switzerland, not ending up in Sweden (or was THAT your intention ?)
