Today we're publishing a video that's special and difficult for us 😔
This isn't an easy episode for us, as this is the first time we've reached out to you with a huge request for HELP, and this isn't our norm. However, we feel that the sincerity, support, and trust of our community are a huge strength that's needed right now 🙌

We're asking for help not for ourselves, but for our friends' mother, Jolanta, who suffered a terrible tragedy when a fire broke out in her old house before Christmas, destroying the roof, walls, and electrical wiring 😔

We've already made a small donation, and as an encouragement and as a thank you to those of you who are considering buying a property in Sicily, we've prepared a comprehensive video in which we answer your questions received in messages and comments...

In this video, you'll find plenty Practical advice and tips on purchasing real estate in Italy, the legal aspects and process of renovations and construction works, so you can avoid the pitfalls associated with this...

If you are unable to make a symbolic donation, we kindly ask you to share this post or the link to the fundraiser 🫶

Thank you for all your support and for being with us and co-creating Kępa Marzeń ❤️

Freedom and Peace ✌
