New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital feel like a completely different world than the busy, historic Cairo that people imagine. These cities, built in the middle of the desert, were designed to help relieve some of Cairo's overpopulation and congestion. Here is my honest experience through New Cairo & NAC, exploring the real estate boom, the architecture, the master-planned neighborhoods, the malls, and the lifestyle that they're meant to embody.

I also dive into why these areas feel and look so different from Cairo... why it was built, who it's built for, and why it left me feeling curious in so many ways.

yes, The New Administrative Capital is different from New Cairo, but they’re exactly adjacent, share similar planning ideas, and are both part of Egypt’s desert city expansion

Fun fact: Egypt isn’t really a daytime going-out culture, everything comes alive at night. New Cairo at night is always at full capacity. Anyway, I really enjoyed the video :)

Firstly, Egypt has 151194 official mosques, let alone those unofficial ones. Secondly, it was a praised gesture from your driver to accompany you to his family's house, so welcoming and respectful family indeed. Thirdly, it is the first time for a YouTuber to dive deeper into the real-estate sector with such details that show the reality about such new cities compared to what majority of Egyptians really gain.
