I never cared for DDP the wrestler, but DDP the human being who is willing to help others overcome their struggles, is a good guy in my opinion.

I won't trust that Marcus has gotten a handle on his addictions when he's claiming that Suboxone is opiate-free, and being so defensive about that and Soma, etc. to the actual doctor... plus drinking without even realizing it. Way too many red flags that he's in major denial.

Bean is the only one not acting like a baby. He’s the one in most pain everyone is drama

Beginning to lose weight is a mental process disguised as a physical one.

8:09 This build-up to Buff vs Butterbean is so much better than anything the WWE is writing these days.

Anybody else waiting for this 😅 such a clever idea throwing in 2 legends, would love to meet butterbean, seems down to earth 😊

Dallas you need help with this crew haha. Was thinking , go to the nearest animal shelter, find the cage that says final day. bring the dog home. And get everybody taking turns walking him. Dog would love it. And instead of sitting around moaning and groaning the gang would really get a lot of enjoyable exercise. One of the joys of my life at 80 is doing your 30-minute DDP Yoga workout on YouTube. Everyday no excuses . I've gained so much muscle . Thank you for making it available to us for free . Move it or lose it. So true.😊

I'm 80 years old been watching since the first episode these people have way too much time on their hands. What a great opportunity to change your life. To learn how to cook to be healthy. Why don't they go outside walk around the neighborhood for a couple of hours. Watch some great cooking videos that Dallas does to learn how to cook for when they go home. I love doing DDP Yoga videos. It made me strong. Allow me to take care of myself. My family and my pets. I'm so grateful for what DDP Yoga has done for this old gal. I hope they Shape Up realize what humongous opportunity this is and stop acting like children😊

I wish Milly would STOP with the "senior" comments all the time.  Yes, you are 67, but it is NOT impossible for older people to lose weight.  Controlling your food intake is paramount.  Next is moving your body.  She needs to get someone to convince her that just because she's 67, she CAN lose weight...if she wants it.

Butterbean would destroy bagwell like he destroyed Bart Gunn 😂😂😂😂😂

Dallas has created something that Hundreds of thousands of People should know about, and should commit to, if they want to live.

Cabin fever clearly sets in here.

Bean would drop buff like a rock in 1 second . Even in his condition in the show . Bean hits like a truck . Would make for great tv .

Buff strikes me as a dry recovered addict. He's abstaining but has done zero of the inner work. CeCe and Taylor have emotional Q, but when you take away someone's number one comfort, food, it's a bit like all of them are in addiction recovery. I'm glad they cleared the air. Good job for Dallas taking the alpha position and leading them all to resolution. ❤❤❤❤
update.... I am blown away at how catty Buff was at the end of the video. It holds a mirror up to my own ego because I have been there. I lost 112 pounds and got all self-righteous. I don't ever want to return to that headspace again. I see I have a bit more shadow work to do there because I literally hated Buff in that moment, so I gotta look at that because everyone else is just a mirror so clearly, I need to forgive myself for that time when I held myself above others just because I was feeling powerful. May I always turn that empowered feeling towards self-love and acceptance and compassion and love for others the way Dallas does.
My scale said the exact same number this morning that Mildred's did.  That is up from the 223 that I was in June last year. But it is down from the 273 that it was four weeks ago.... I fell off my healthy ways due to a depressive setback. I will never quit. I will never give up. Much love.....

Really enjoying this series.  Can’t wait for the next episode!

Buff is really in denial about addictions he has

Eating is the only addiction you have to still do to survive every day.... and learning to control it is very hard but once you get it.... your results will be insane and satisfying...and very fulfilling

nothing for nothing but, butterbean at 50% is still freakin butterbean 😬

I hope he has another season.

34:21 I look away for 1 second and now I’m like what’s stingray doing her 😂
