I would die of embarrassment if someone told me people were vomiting from how bad I was stinking. Bad hygiene is inconsiderate to others as well as bad for yourself.

He is HONEST not savage. He’s the first person to do it for most of these people.

“ What is going on with your personal hygiene? You’ve ever heard of something called soap and water?” Ouch! Dr. Now does not fool around! 😂😂

I didn't take my health seriously, had a stroke at 33 (i'm 38 now), finally snapped into reality and changed everything, I was told i was 545 pounds in the ICU, today i weighed in at 235, still got a lot of work to do given i'm only 5'6 but my god do I feel great these days compared to my old life where i woke up hung over every day, ordering 200 dollars of food for each meal etc...

“Don’t argue with me. Argue with the scale.”  😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

If you lose weight in the hospital on a controlled diet and then gain when you go home- you are overeating.

You know it's bad when nurses are saying you stink.

I feel like these ppl needed therapy and not just a doctor

People think Dr. Now is mean, but personally, I think he needs to be meaner.

This is why I like doctor Now. He is kind but firm when needed and not afraid to speak his mind. That's what makes him so good in my opinion.

Steven joined the program simply because he was addicted to pain killers and he thought that being in a hospital setting would be an endless stream for him.

I don't see how they can afford all that food.  They don't work and neither do the caretakers or parents who enable them.

It's unbelievable how their lungs don't collapse under all that weight. How they don't suffocate while they sleep is a miracle.

Cant lose weight on a 1200kcal diet is such a wild statement

My granny has been up to 600lbs and she NEVER smelled bad. Ever. She actually always smelled really good.  Thankfully my granny has went through a program over 10years ago now. She stays right around 180-200lbs now which isn’t bad considering how big she use to be, the fact she’s 5’11”, and she never had skin removal done. She could walk and everything. I’m so proud of her. She is using her wheel chair more now these days but that’s just bc she’s getting older.

"He" {God} didn't do this to you.  YOU did this to you. 🤨

Dr Now is a great dr he helped me go from 300 pounds to 165 pounds and I keep it off for 10 years now! I am so grateful to him ❤❤❤❤❤❤

And some of them still died from their weight… all because they couldn’t listen to someone who tried to save their life.

Steven was vile.  The poor nurse cleaning up after him was disgusting.
