Re: Payton. He's obviously a solid coach, but he's been riding one SB win for a decade now. In New Orleans he had a great QB and too often lost to lesser teams in the playoffs. And injured QB or not, when you are playing at home in the conference title game and hold the visiting team to 10 points, you HAVE to win.
I had week 4 when Sean Payton was gonna take back playcalling, so I was off by a week. Here's a thing about Vic Fangio defense, he doesn't really have a coaching tree under him, guys learn it from studying it, so I don't have high hopes that Christian Parker is gonna succeed. Young successful playcallers always get the center position right away. People say that Ravens overpayed for Jurgens, I think there was some "Maxx Crosby tax" in that trade.
