Rules: I have separate wheels for paid and free if they're rolled. Any moon that gets picked will have its "weight" decreased (total 10) and I will have the top commenter choose which category gets a plus one to compensate. Note: they reset after every video
Also if a moon gets chosen 3 times in a row I will play it regardless. After a moon is commented into being picked (Either by chance or by three comments) the wheel will reset to it's default state.
