A mini 'house tour', focusing on interior design details. I hope you enjoy this!

Our home is still evolving, and we're still doing work to it. But it's reached a stage now where I thought I'd show you some of the details :)

Our personal taste isn't for everyone. We like quirky, retro, kitsch and colour.

I believe a person's home should be a haven of comfort, peace, and joy, expressing one's personal taste and personality, a place you can enjoy having family and friends over to share in the joy of living! Sophy, I believe you have made your new home a beautiful haven! Congratulations! 💕

I’m always impressed with personal interior decor and can appreciate great design even if it’s not my taste. I love what you’ve done, it is unique and reflects your design style in a very special way, and it makes you happy, so it’s perfect.

Exactly I agree with you! Dont buy things just because they are name brand, buy things because it is what you really like!

Purchase your tastes. It is your life. The interior is your calm, creative, safe, beautiful expression. Through the years, you'll update & further create. Don't think of others tastes; it is your life. - Lori 🌺🌼🌷. - p.s. - your amethyst crystals are wonderful (& the white too!). Also, have bought design books & noticed how the posh hotels managed to have color schemes work.

I have huge paintings everywhere in my flat and it’s the best way to get something different and colourful.

I love that painting that you made! If you want to maintain it you should put a gloss on top. See someone in the art supply store and they can help you find the right one. :)

Lovely home, what a refreshing change from all the beige, sage and grey everyone seems to have.

Agree! Buy what you love and what is your style. Everything looks beautiful and very thought out. I wish I could do anything myself and not destroy everything, I would save a lot of money!
