Earth shaker’s are clutch

When you said that you're terrible with issen I was like yeah am terrible with it too I can't master it at all and I panic a lot when the enemy use the grab and because of it I miss the time of the dodge a lot but even so I think I'll try carnage difficulty

This is a good down-to-earth video primer for people who were decent at the game, but aren't masters, who want to try Carnage.

Quick tip: Use your reflex dodges more. All of those unarmed attacks you're parrying would've filled that meter quickly and it's just free damage you're leaving on the table. Parrying unarmed attacks doesn't do much for your blazing state meter so you might as well take the better option. Also don't waste time deflecting unless you're in blazing state since it boosts the stamina damage.

For anyone on carnage difficulty, The awakened forms Issen timing is fairly generous for all attacks. It increases the issen window for every attack regardless of type to around that of a normal parry. This means this mode is supposed to be used to burn whatever enemy is in front of you.

All that annoyed me was that I needed to upgrade from zero my armor, weapon and gauntlet witch is so tedious a second time

If you parry (not deflect) the pink team up attacks in the brothers duo fight, you'll parry their attacks into each other doing notable stamina and health damage.

dohatsu-ten actually scared me, i was like why is this man in a rift

If only every studio could make animations on the level of Capcom and Fromsoft

The absolute aura from that 1 shot arrow was awesome !

Lol I did not know the last boss had armor! And you can dodge his ultimate attack?! I was deflecting the hell out of it like my life depended on it. I learned so much watching this video.

Just beat Ganryu 3 on Carnage and heavenly christ he was beating me blue all over the arena.

Out of the bosses on this game. Ganryu is probably one of the couple bosses with extremely hard moves to read. I mean if you fight him enough times. You learn them quick, but i feel on his third fight. We all had to take a few tries to beat him.

I like the input! I think everyones experience is for sure different, i for sure died from some bosses and it was learn and repeat, late game pre last boss I did all the boss rematches. Let me tell ya, that alone makes every boss so easy especially once you do it without any special items. Coming into carnage, you are for sure right, they are much tankier. But due to the repetition it feels more like a breeze than anything, just with a bigger health bar lol. The biggest thing from carnage that shits on me personally is if a boss grabs you or gets you even once and you fail to get back into rythem, oh man :face-fuchsia-tongue-out:. You feel THE HURT! Cool video though! Love to see POV of players experience!

i have never been so scared fighting  a dohatsu-ten or a byakue every time i wanted to seal a rift
carnage is NO joke

For yoshitsune when he is gearing up for that judgement cut slash and gathering souls I have found that attacking him and absorbing enough for celestial daggers saves me consistently. Using the daggers grants invincibility till your done

Once I figured out I could parry that lightning dive from Burai, his ass was grass, and I was *locked in*. We're not dodging shit anymore. Go band for band lightning boy.

“man i hate nue”
refuses to use reflex dodge

Very excited for carnage difficultly , I feel like that’s what’s gonna make this game even more fun

I beat carnage mode a few weeks ago and it feels so damn good! I got the platinum as well! This game is definately game of the year contender! I must say Ganryu phase 3 and the final boss Minamoto No Yoshitsune really kicked my ass alot lol! 😊
