Be Peace. Where ever you are throughout the world, at 12 noon stop and hear the bell and for one minute meditate on Peace for our world

One of the most valuable lessons I ever learned from Thi is to stop and breathe in - I know I am alive. Breathe out - I smile to life. It brings you back to reality. And it reworks your perception in a moment of frustration or chaos. Brother Phap - I also love to listen to. Same age as me - different experiences growing up but same generation - we see the world in a similar way.

If you are thinking about staying in a PV centre as a long-term ... I recommend it 💯 - went to France for a week, then the Winter Retreat that turned into a year and had the joy of traveling with Phap Dung for some retreats.
