Hey stranger. We don't know each other, but I want to wish you happiness every day and find a happy and beautiful life.

This is the perfect playlist for any mental state. If I'm happy, sad, bored, inspired, doing school, playing video games, crying, laughing, angry, or indifferent I love every part of this playlist.

I’ve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better

*1 month later: It’s only been a month but it feels like forever ago.   I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much  more content. Thank you for the kind messages ❤

to everyone reading this:

You got this!! You've come so far and i'm so proud of you. Don't forget to take breaks so you don't overwork yourself. If anyone can do it, it's you 🤍

Hey...whoever reads this, I know it may be a hard time (or not) but you have to stay strong I'm sure you'll come through whatever it is that you're facing, sometimes life can be hard and it's sometimes better to stay sad yeah, but with that comes to then know how to heal how to move on and learn to live with any changes that you might have had, take the time you need it can be different for everyone so I can only say that: good luck and have a good night 🎈🎈

To everyone reading this and listening. Close your eyes, inhale and feel the air in your lungs give life to your beautiful soul. and as you exhale, release the tension in your shoulders, ease the tension in your neck and the back of your head. Allow peace to flow inside of every fiber and vein in your body. You are doing great. No matter what you are going through. You will be just fine. Hugs to you all..
