when u have to replace the engine in field condition the turret has to turn to 90 degreee angle. When the turret side armor ist not removed u cant take the engine out of the tank, thats why u can move the armor. great job by the wy, looks very good

2:12 The side armor is movable because equipment of the tank is also stored there. By the way, we call this part of the armor "Elefantenohr" (elephant ear).
And if you want to open the engine cover, you also have to open these ears.

It’s 1AM in the morning (East Coast U.S.) and Plasmo just uploaded a video. Your weekend is now complete.

Alas I don't have the room to go into lots of different modeling areas and I'm a bit on the elderly side so I'll stick to WWII aircraft (plus 2 modern jets in my stash). But to watch you at work on any scale model type is a joy. Thank you.

I'm your biggest fan. You'll soon want to be one of your sponsors. As a model maker, I greatly admire your work. Wishing you continued success.

For real now, I don't even care about models but something about this channel makes me come back again and again. NICE WORK MAN!

The Leopard II and Merkava are my favorite modern tanks. This is inspiration fuel to build a tank model. Thanks!

It's fun to see how you've grown in your voice overs in the last 2 years. :)

Absolutely love it, Leopard 2 is a beautiful tank. If you're going to do more modern MBTs, might I suggest an Ariete? It's really grown on me since I started researching it.

Finally, I saw the easter egg and was waiting for forever

Very clever to copy the colour scheme in 1:72 scale and cut out the mask elements. You touched it up but it was way easier than hand-painting the whole tank. Another technique I've learned from you!
