The park is important because John F. Kennedy was the first American President with Irish ancestry that came to show the importance of Ireland to the world. He was extremely spud of his Irish roots and loved these people.

Just want to say, I love that your video is not full on production and special effect but just genuine. I’m going in Ireland for the first time in two months and finishing planning our itinerary, this video really help! Can’t wait to see Galway with my own eyes, and taste the beer and cocktail!

Beautiful Galway, my grandparents home town. Beautiful
As a kid it was a drive to Wales, a ferry and a drive from Dublin across country - seemed o far away

Love Galway, went there and Dublin 6 years ago - nice 2 weeks trip from America. Texas, more of a Republic these days.

Great video. Thanks. I grew up in Dublin and have lived in the UK for 40 years. My father’s family are from Connemara which made a big impact on me when I was young. Also used to visit Bearna a lot. Galway is my spiritual home. Went there this summer. 👍

I lived in galway as a child. I cant believe they got rid of the cobblestones on shop street. One of my most vivid memories is walking that street. I went back in my mid twenties and still knew my way around everywhere. Think i still would today by the looks of things 😊
