Just for today I will not be angry.
Just for today I will not worry.
Just for today I will do my work honestly .
Just for today I will be kind to every living thing.
Just for today I will be thankful for all of my many blessings.
May these attributes bring balance and joy to my life!
Namaste

Thank you for doing rape survivors, I need more trauma videos. This helped me out a great deal sent it to my friends who also struggle with rape as well.

Thank you so much for this ma'am. I was confused when I started tearing up and 30 seconds later you said "don't worry if you start to cry," haha! So calming and I could feel the warmth from the symbols in my hands, great video it really helped. <3

Even though I’m not a Christian, since I had my son I’ve felt a deep connection to Mother Mary and Jesus.

VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HERE AND FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN YOU SAID IF YOU HAVE A MARK OR SCAR ON YOURE BODY,...MOVED ME DEEPLY. SO THANK YOU FOR THIS VID. MY SCARS ARE SMALL BUT ON MY FACE SO ITS A CONSTANT REMINDER. AND WE DO HOLD NEG ENERGY THERE. EVEN WHEN WE DONT THINK WE DO.

I always swore when I was growing up that when I moved out on my own, I would never celebrate christmas again, and I haven't. The sheer peace of just being in my own home with a hot cup of coffee and my cats snuggled beside me is heaven on earth. No more anxiety or sensory overload, just quiet.

I’m grateful I came across your channel. This is literally the purest form of asmr unlike a lot of these silly channels I get recommended.
Thank you so much. I’ve been connecting with my inner self and this has helped tremendously💕

Today's events brought up multiple traumas from my past. I was in a very dark place when I started this video, but much of that has lifted and I feel like I will be able to sleep and face the day tomorrow. Thank you so much for this. Sending love and light. <3

Thank you for posting this my friend. I have watched this video multiple times over the past few weeks as I had a recent trauma in my life. I’ve barely been able to get out of bed, and some days I can’t even do that. I normally meditate at least once or twice a day but since the event I just can’t bring the energies to me like I normally can. But I watch this video a couple times a week and it has been immensely helpful in my spiritual emotional and physical healing from the trauma I have experienced lately. Love and Light (And hugs from me to you 🤗) ❤️

Thank you so very much! I watch your videos everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. They help me a lot, as I’m very overwhelmed for many reasons. I appreciate you! Love and light.

I can't thank you enough for existing. I'm gonna start learning reiki myself in september and seeing these is not just educational but highly relaxing for someone who experiences depression and really bad anxiety. You're an angel!
