We are a senior couple who started a road trip around Japan in our minivan (NV200 Vanette) in December 2023, sleeping in our vehicle.
MASA (husband, in his 60s) quit his post-retirement job, and AYA (wife, in her 50s at the time) took early retirement to start our journey. Because you only live once. Because we want to cherish the time we have left together. Because we might not be able to do this next year (laughs). Senior travel is a serious matter for us.
"Yuruchoco" is a name that evokes the image of a relaxed + clumsy couple's trip.
In our videos, we will share not only the good points unique to road trips with overnight stays in a vehicle, but also our embarrassing mistakes.
We hope that it will be helpful for couples looking for ways to spend their time after retirement, and we would love to travel together with you all through YouTube. 田んぼと若狭湾の景色は日本遺産です✨
お宿は若狭の漁師宿。ワクワクです(⊃ ॑꒳ ॑⊂)))…✨
夕日の見事な部屋で地魚の大皿お造りが見事✨どれもヤバいです🤤👍🏻 太刀魚は子供時代に毎日おかずが煮付けで閉口してましたが(笑)故郷離れると食べたくなります✨
朝食も素晴らしい✨
三方五湖クルーズ✨日本にこんな場所があったとは…水路の昔の手工事も凄いです。
そして貴重な天然鰻🎉ビジュアルから見事✨食べてみたいです🤤
藁葺きの舟屋は古代の雰囲気すら感じます。
リフトで湾と湖を見渡せる絶景スポット👍✨✨和合神社は珍しく(⊙⊙)!! ある意味究極のラブスポット(笑)❤️愛の土器投げも素敵です(*^^*)絶景テラスのソファも、真夏以外に試したいです(笑)
降りた道の駅のトロロイカ丼も気ななりました🦑
今回も「こういう旅、いいなぁ」と思いながら拝見していました。
まかない丼が出てきた時は、思わず「美味しそう！」と言ってしまいました（笑）
あら煮の骨まで食べられるとは驚きです。
お魚センターさんは、いつかぜひ行ってみたいです😊
くずまんじゅうも美味しそうでしたし、お宿のお魚料理も本当に魅力的でした✨
冒頭から最後まで「美味しそう！」の連発でした（笑）
三方五湖のクルーズや、最後に行かれたテラスからの景色も本当に素晴らしかったですね😊
若狭には、美味しい食べ物も絶景もたくさんあって、とても魅力を感じました。
今回も、お二人と一緒に旅をしているような気分で楽しませていただきました✨

初めて見た時はあのデカさと脂の乗った美味しさにビックリでした。
半世紀ほども前、福井の義姉さんが近所の食料品店ｗで買って来てくれた浜焼きは、何とひと串¥150だったんですよー💦今はいったいどれほどなんでしょう？？
暑さと、慣れない車で、相当のストレスでしょうね。
運転手さんはもちろん、それを気遣い支えてるアヤさんもどうか無理をされないようにしてください。
とっても素敵な福井、若狭。魅力いっぱいでした。
気候の過ごしやすい時期に、ゆっくりのんびり旅ができたらいいですね。
一度は行ってみたい、食べてみたいものばかり。
