Guys. Justtttttttt in case. I played the whole thing and then Nathan edited the footage in a genius way so when I paused to talk he did some sort of magic where im still playing. This is the power of editing. Thank you for comign to my ted talk.

"love is in the air"?
wrong,
FRAUD /// THIRD
DISINTEGRATION LOOP

1:10 NO WAY YOU ACTUALLY GOT THE SECRET HAKITA REACTIO EASTER EGG WITHOUT CHEATS ENABLED
for context you had to have clipped through the wall that was zooming at you, behind it was the rest of the hallway that contained that lil easter egg

I'm grateful that harmless is in the game as it makes it possible for everyone to enjoy the game without the requirement of learning every little thing, and can allow for just taking in the environment!

23:27 8-3's start is actually randomized between 4 different level entrances from past layers, it adds to the "Fraudness" of the Fraud Layer, you got 0-4's entrance room

5:59 dear god hes so good at video games hes controlling it with his mind

The low poly Marco on the thumbnail is peak why is nobody talking about it

I’ll spare a monologue, but your description of “You really thought you could survive this?” explains the layer well. Fraud, in my opinion, is essentially Hell (who has been controlling where you go this whole time) showing you what all it’s really capable of, and giving you a really big curtain call (literally) before you finally head down to the final layer to finish your journey. It’s saying goodbye, but not without unmasking and giving you everything it’s got, with terror and craziness galore.

Yay!

Caught trying to... disable gutterman shield with the feedbacker? Eh, doesn't roll off the tounge as much...

ISN'T THIS WHERE/WE CAME IN is actually also a musical reference, to Pink Floyd's The Wall where those two quotes are placed at the end and start (respectively) of the album to create a looping message.

No way he got the secret live hakita reaction without no clipping or cheats😭

29:19  not exacly his kids.
Even worse...
ITS
HIS FANCLUB!!!

19:12 ahh yes. Getting lost in 8-2
A mantadory element for every ultrakill player.
(Why doea it keep happening)

Love that he interprets the powers calling themselves “gabriel’s children” literally haha (in the terminals they’re described as gabe’s disciples/followers, he doesn’t actually have a bunch of biological children running around looking for him lol)

Hell canonically views the idea of humanity being able to achieve lasting peace as a insult, a joke, something that denies nature itself. Which is why it themed Fraud after the New Peace.

Im so glad you identified 8-4 as tuning! Many people think its just this cacophony of meaningless sound. I used to play cello and it immediately jogged my memory of tuning before a performance, getting ready for the curtain much like how 8-4 is staged as this big play that hell has put on with V1 as its star. Thats a connection I think many miss due to lack of experience and it brought a smile to my face that you immediately caught on.

5:37 it's theorized that the missing angel is Lucifer, and some think Lucifer might be "God's love" in the ultrakillverse, because after God cast lucifer into hell, he abandoned heaven and humanity since his love for them was gone. And Lucifer is mentioned in a book in Fraud, so it's likely he's important. Still technically a theory though, since we still don't actually know what happened to God.

38:34 "that was very difficult for me" at least you didn't spend an HOUR AND A HALF in just 8-3 like i did it was AGONY

13:24 - 15:00
Once again Mark hitting the nail dead-center.
This whole monologue bit about “You REALLY believed??” fits SO well into HELL and it’s perspective of the world.

ONE minute in and he's already glitched the game

Hey fun fact, the first song in 8-2 reverses itself every time you enter a mirror (or the water)
