I have 2 questions for you.
The first is that in most of your videos Lucky is very calm and mostly quiet. He lets you bathe, diaper and dress him. He didn’t even complain when you trimmed his nails. I’ve seen videos of these monkeys in the wild and they make a lot of noise and move around a lot. I’m wondering if you give Lucky a mild sedative to help keep him so calm, quiet, and docile.
My second question is what will happen with Lucky when he is full grown? Will you keep him as part of your family or try to release him back into the wild. I worry that if you released him he wouldn’t know how to fend for himself. Having been hand fed and raised by humans.
I am not trying to criticize you. I’m just concerned for him and would like to know your plans.
Having seen video of how mother monkeys abuse their babies it’s wonderful to see that there are some compassionate people who will take them in and gently, lovingly care for them. Giving them a good childhood in a happy and safe home.
