Iraqi Qaimar is one of the most delicious types of cream in the world...
It's traditionally made with buffalo milk, but if it's unavailable, you can use this method:
Ingredients:

1 liter of full-fat cow's milk (fresh or in packets)
1 liter of whipping cream
