This is the result of not recycling the squad and selling at peak/right times to reinvest.

Didn’t want to mention that in the video because I’ve done so too many times!

Let me know what you guys think?!
What do we need?

Thanks for watching, have a great day! ❤

Not panicking just yet. But a rough start is expected. Its a complete reboot!!!

Matthias Jaissle  I believe  will be one of the top top managers in the future we need to be patient,  love the way he come across .

Newcastle need you in the scouting department. I love your ideas and suggestions.

Brilliant analysis Mango 👏 couple points : Jaissle hasn’t played his best 11 together yet, he’s looking at different combinations but I believe his best 11 will emerge. Lots of footballer insights but we need leaders, players who read games and steer there team mates through the plays - I once got a pitch side seat next to Trippier and hearing him talk his team mates through the game was amazing.

A lot of wisdom in what you say Antonio  !

seys as a LB trust me insane move

We desperately need some pace at the back, looks like he wants to play a high line and we already were venerable to counter attacks last year!

I'm glad you're not worried. But I am unless we turn this window around.

This is shaping up to be a very difficult season. We need to avoid a relegation battle because this squad does have the fight for it.

Almost forgot

I’ve watched a lot of Baleba (both with and without De Zerbi) following Joao Pedro, and while I think he has world-class potential, right now he’s still a "TikTok player." The decisions he makes during the game disrupt the team's flow (e.g., he has an easy pass for a counterattack but, instead of releasing the ball quickly, attempts a flashy dribble which looks good in highlights but doesn't win games), and that is a major reason why he has spent so much time on the bench last season.

I see lower-risk, cheaper options available in the South American and European markets.

I try to defend the club whenever possible but I'm struggling I even think they pulled a fast one with the manager conning him into taking the job with the promise of great riches , I can see him walking

Hey Mr Mango, fully on board with this reboot/fresh start. Agree with a lot of your comments and feel we need to move at least 4 players on this window (Big Joe, Willock, Murphy & Pope). Signings! we need signings and if we need to shop different then so be it, I like the tactical and profile of player that he is trying to inject into the team, which is vastly different to Eddie. But we need to give MJ the tools to get this new vision and approach a fighting chance to succeed.
Expectations for this season for me are consolidate and with the right signings hopefully a top 10 finish.
I like what I’ve seen so far from MJ, and prepared to give this man time. I just hope that he has players that allow him to develop this first half of the season

Spot on bonny lad 👍

It's weird we've lost so many people but feels like we've got loads of mostly "squad players" who don't quite fit or don't quite work. We're talking about needing a striker and a #10 because after a year Big Nick still hasn't really convinced as either (I hope he does, but that's hoping not seeing it). We've then got at least 10 midfielders and wingers for four five places, and of those 10 there's only really Miley and Toure who I could say I'm confident in being up to the level for starting every week I'm Prem... and they're both 20!

In defence the crisis is not enough (fit, under-34) players, but the rest of the team it feels like we've actually got numbers, but almost nobody you can confidently say " this lad will start every week in a top-half side and be quality". Massive upgrades on Willock and Murphy would help, but still going to go through a massive squad clear-out and likely end up weaker overall.

Lost Isak, Gordon, Tonali, Trippier and Bruno in a year. In current insane market you'd need to spend best part of 500m to replace that at same level, but thanks to SCR we're only allowed to spend whatever Wilson can earn mowing lawns on his day off, which cartel six can drop 100m on one player... usually someone is or Villa was forced to sell to avoid penalties.

Completely agree with who we need to sell and the positions we need to strengthen. Not worried about next season though as I have 0 expectations

We are desperate for a creative 10 and I would love us to go and get Kees Smit. I am amazed he hasn’t moved yet this summer

We shall overcome keep the faith and powder dry

I hope mjs spies are watching your channel

Getting towards 10.30pm down under. Been waiting for your video before bed mate!
