If that's what the MT classes at BT are like, then i'll pass.

That is really nice review! I wanna go there!

I miss the old days of Rawai, Sinbi and Tiger in the early 2000s, before 1 on 1 training was an extra cost.

thanks for coming 😎

Major differences between Tiger gun and Bangtao if anybody knows please share

Useful video!! Definitely makes me want to visit Bangtao. After watching, I would certainly pay for the 1-on-1 sessions though

Great insight into the world famous bangtao gym, thank you 🙏

Thanks

The class you did is more beginner Muay Thai and conditioning, if your more experienced you would be able to join fighters Muay Thai .

Very useful, you should try I smaller gym, see if you prefer that style

Holy shiiiit thats alot of people. What time of year was this filmed? Probably calmer during july.august?

I'm here at Bang Tao for my second month this year. I am BJJ guy primarily, but I come for the Muay Thai.  Specifically PT's with Kru Tong. There is a lot of really great training to be had here, regardless of what discipline you focus on.  Mobility and S&C are really good too. I eat at the caffe at least once a day, its always good.  I stay at Sol Mio, so I cant provide insight on the gyms accommodations, other than you need reservation way out in advance.

There is a separate area for the Muay Thai fighters class behind the cafe

Was looking at their website, does the ‘1month beginner package + accommodation’ include rooms? It only says about the gears.

what oz gloves would i need? im new

“Alexander Volkanovski does some training there “ 😂 Dude he is a part owner 😂

got to work on getting that VIP acess

Been there, looks nice. The fitness area is rubbish, they put down a lot of barbell and weights end that’s it. Muay Thai lessens are good, but they don’t look at anything, they just let some crazy half pro fighter training and sparring with a beginner. Didn’t feel comfortable as a beginner

Hey man, where were you staying? It looks really nice what was the price?

going there mid june. can you make a video on the current prices on food & accommodation?
