The boss is actually a nice guy and really cares about his workers. Respect.

All jokes aside the story behind this is great, terry is really a good guy the things he does for these hard working lads all the best

So many health and safety violations. Brilliant to watch

Well done mate! If more people help kids like these we wouldn't have so many social problems if people just showed them that they actually care! Kids like these would be more responsive and grow up a lot quicker and that way we could give them more responsibility...

Was expecting to watch a video on actually scrapping cars but instead watched a woman vacume her dog

"dismount?" "what does dismount mean?" but gets 15/15!? lol hilarious

I'm so humbled by the whole team of people. Hats off to Terry and his partner, wish we had more people like him in the country.

Good on Boyle.. It takes a lot to admit on national TV you can't read... He seems like he just needs someone to give him a break in life and that's what the owner is trying to do!! Well done Terry

Everyone deserves a second chance. 15 out of 15, good lad. :)

Now that's a true citizen of his country. He runs a business that helps cut down on pollution and dumping (not sure across the pond, but in the states auto parts and broken down vehicles are one of the most frequently abandoned/dumped items). He seems to cherry pick the LEAST eligible workers, which can change lives in ways that can't even be anticipated; giving a sense of self worth, learning REAL WORLD skills that can help both personally and employment, gives these guys a way to make a living that keeps them off the dole and away from welfare....

0:32 a rare sight on the roads these days, a 1996 Vauxhall Calibra sad to see it go 😞

i wish  they would bring it back   watching an old epsode

HA - it was a pleasure to watch the two lads sit and pass their test.  CHEERS from AUSTRALIA - have a nice day to you all.  HA - "you need a hug for that"  -- HA - what a great joy for the young lad and the support Terry seems to be providing him is heartwarming indeed.  HA - I must stop into the cafe for lunch on my next visit to the UK.

I think boil is the type of person that makes a job so much better to attend and make it more enjoyable

Put up a soddin neon sign that's says Cafe open 🤔

just look at the views and believe me the first episode got half these views, and if we know one thing about youtube series videos is that with every video the views decrease NOT INCREASE.
just goes to prove that this is an actual sitcom, this is amazing, i love this.

the owner of the scrap yards a good lad. Like him and his wife they are hardworking nice people.

Buzzing for the kid who past his test

I love this show so good and there's no adverts yay

Bring back scrappers on the t.v
