Who thinks we should all do a prep together? 🤦🏻‍♂️😂😂😂

The 2 bodybuilders that got me into lifting, life doesn't get much better than this

Ok so you have seth, Derek, cbum, and hany all in one podcast. This is gold

You can see the love of the sport pouring out of Seth and how much he misses it.  Would love to see  him comeback and do it healthier, but that's me being selfish.  I'm 47 Seth, don't miss the opportunity to continue what you love as if you don't, regret is what you end up with.

The random kid trying to decide if he should just leave or ask for a picture and cbum waiting knowing he noticed lol.

It's funny seeing high-energy Seth lifting alongside quiet-energy CBum.
But I do love this! Hany always has something to teach Seth, which makes him an incredible coach.

Mountain Dog welcome vibes 🥲

😂 C Bum said “you need a step ladder back there” to Hany to spot him 😂😂😂😂😂 Fucken threw me off guard laughing on the stair master by myself like a weirdo 😅

Banger vid 🔥 I think Seth would really dominate masters O. 💪

A dream come true! The two person that kept me lifting and stay a HWMF!

Here me out.
I used to be super competitive about bodybuilding and was is super good shape. I also starting fighting , kickboxing, jujitsu, mma... Truly functional and strong as an ox. Shit happened in my life in 2017 which took me downhill and then in 2019 i competed in jujitsu again and was getting back in shape shedding my fat amd was motivated. But then we all know how our governments shut us down (i was in toronto) and there was no gym me for for almost 2 years and i did what i could, cycling over a 100 km and trying to do anything. But i kept on going downhill and life was fucked up too.
I had always fancy(ed) watch Seth's videos and loved his attitude so i started listening to him for my sanity and today in 2023. It was probably the 1st time in 5 years i was able to stay on the treadmill for over 30 mins 2024 i will be in the shape that i was before or better ...thanks Seth. It's a dream to meet you one day and spend some time with you learning from you.

Why did I get so happy when I saw this vid

Everyone loves a comeback Seth 💪🏽💪🏽
