For some time now I've had  RA, Sjogrens, and PsA. I have always been a big strong guy, but sometimes the pain of these things is crushing. I used to get annoyed when folks would say they were in pain too. Then I had a realization. Just because I was very strong and good at handling pain doesn't mean everyone else is the same way. People should never judge others by the standard of themselves because we are all different. I'm glad you are making videos. I hope it doesn't get you down too much when people don't believe your pain or just don't get it. Just know that some of us understand and you aren't alone in this.

I've had RA for ten years. I was not able to walk for 3 years because my knee couldn't bear any weight. I have been walking now for 2 years after that. It's all about perspective. It's the only way I can handle any part of my life. I have a long way to go to surgically repair all my joints but slowly I'll get there. I love your channel, your energy and am so happy I found your channel. Sending spoons and gentle hugs.
