Why do we keep falling into the same sin, even after we promise God it's the last time?
In this powerful teaching, Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel goes back to the very beginning, to the moment Adam ate from the forbidden tree. The first thing God did was not to punish him but to go to him and ask, "Where are you?" God didn't wait for Adam to come crawling back. He went to him first.
If you've been blaming God for your mistakes, if you've felt rejected by the people you love, or if you've chased money and still have no peace inside, this message is for you. Bishop Mari explains the two sins every human being keeps falling into, sinful thoughts and sinful actions, and why we can't escape them on our own.
You'll hear the story of a man whose gambling addiction took everything ("instead of getting the jackpot, the jackpot got me") and why what is impossible for man is possible with God. Then the Bishop shows how Jesus took the thorns and thistles of our sin and wore them as a crown, giving us His body and His blood so we can finally be free.
God delays His judgment, but He never delays His mercy. No matter how many times you've fallen, He is still calling your name.
