I think Savathun is the moths in Marathon. Like, all those moths, all over the place? She escaped reality, but escaping reality isn't like walking through a door. She's expressed herself into another universe as a pervasive idea. Maybe one day she will figure out how to reincarnate?

Ever since they more or less ended Destiny, I have been an absolute insane person. I literally started writing my own Fate Saga. I have written 4 DLCs, 4 seasons (think like Ash and Iron style), 2 Raids, 2 Dungeons, and created a whole subclass. I'm trying to find a way to lead into a wrap up for Xivu and Savathun but I got nothing because I've been hyper focused on Nine based stories (except for one of the DLCs I wrote which had to do with Otzot, Amtec, and Yirix). I don't know what stage of grief I'm in😂😂😂😂

Man...MAN...DESTINY 3 HAS TO HAPPEN. WE NEED TO FINISH THIS STORY COMPLETELY...

Bael talking to Savathun must have been before he got abandoned by VI, coz the end of his story in Monument of Triumph is he's back in the last city looking for his mother again

I find it incredibly fascinating how Savathun is almost a parallel to Durandal in many ways. Their end goals are exactly the same: escaping the end of existence. But where Durandal succeeded, I believe Savathun will inevitably fail. She desires escape to a plane of existence that she cannot possibly comprehend, even if she believes she can. She will fly too close to sun, and her wings will melt away. But instead of drowning in the sea, she will fall into the hungry maw of a young wolf. In a poetic twist, the Hive god of Cunning is lying to herself.

Escape will not make her God because there is no escape.

The only way to survive the coming storm is to ring your gentle kingdom with spears and hope that the Gardener's Final Argument will prove IT wrong.

I think bael made savathun the offer before oblation, as the ship you get in the full 3 mission run shows the aftermath of VI leaving bael

So if anything bael is just out of the equation

I think the Taox reveal is another reason why I think Bungie sort of crashed right at the end of Heresy by not bringing back Oryx full time?

Of the 3 siblings, Oryx is the one who actually had finding and getting revenge on Taox a character trait. Here it feels like they’ve just pawned it off onto Savathûn when she isn’t the sentimental/nostalgic one for their time on Fundament like Oryx was.

Here’s hope for a Destiny 3

Great video! Quick note — 'Black Box' ( 26:50 ) doesn't refer to that. It refers to something like a black box on a plane, which is a flight recorder which preserves data and cockpit audio from an airplane following a crash. In Beloved, Umun'arath specifically says she's using the term black box in the aviation sense.

I just love this break in Destiny, it gives time for us the players to theorize what cand happen, where the story goes

Hey, I’m in this!

i really hope we get some form of continuation of the destiny franchise in the future. its such a waste to let it go like this.

Can you make a video on Deep Stone Crypt or Vow? I love those raids

Great video. Keep it up, I always enjoy watching your lore vids.

Geist sounding suspiciously like Mactics

"It's not like Savathun was going to pop at Bungie HQ one day." What if she did? She could have been Pete Parsons all along... it would explain everything! We're through the looking glass here people!

We've killed Savathun so many times at this point its impressive she's that sassy, they had to cancel the game to stop me turning her into a gun.

babe wake up, new video!!!!

I just realized that Geist could be the new vessel for VI. Aside from the fact Dredgen Bael being by his side, he is a Knight of The Hive, which is the only species to have been the founders of the sword logic, and VI believes that The Sword Logic can be a means of creating a way out of his fate.
And I also think that the Echo in question is none other than Te'Qal's Echo of Command, which means sonething dire and dreadful if the math is right.
In the Conductor Final Act, The Echo of Command abandoned Maya in search of a new one to wield it. If the echo is given to Savathûn, it will be something that must not be left unchecked. The Echo of Command's whole concept is to give someone the power to compel individuals to their own will, The Conductor has used it to gain control of the Vex and Cabal, which in the process created the Nessian Schism and the Individuality for The Vex with the Tharsis Reformation. If the Echo of Command can do that to those two factions, imagine what Savathûn could do with it if she accepts the Echo of Command?
She could compel any brood of remaining Hive in our system, which she could either kill them and turn them into Hive Lightbearers under her command or worse she could compel others to serve her, either the dread or much worse. Regardless you are created with light or darkness, The Echo of Command will compel all who are in its grasp. If it is true then this is something to keep an eye on. If it's true, it might be something big coming.
