What I like about your videos is that it's very straight forward, no bs, no empty fillers in between and no dead space. You move straight to the point which is about the food. What I appreciate is that you show 80% food and 20% face. While other youtubers are too busy showing 80% face and -20% food and are too busy showing off themselves instead of the food (and food should be the whole purpose in my opinion), because I like to watch food reviews while I eat, and I do not get hungry while mostly watching someones face while they chew.
You have a good layout, nice edits, not too fast paced and not too slow and regularly switch between food while we can still hear you describe it and moving back to when you try the food. It's a perfect amount of food vs face, and there's not that many people who have realized the importance of the layout and have this very straight forward and calm approach to their videos. I do know people have different tastes but this is definitely more engaging for me.

But this definitely looks better as far as the beef goes all you can eat Wagu is amazing for that price the other places tended to have low quality.
I don’t eat any kind of Sea Food but I definitely would get my money’s worth stuffing my self with Wagu and I could easily drink a bottle of wine with all that food .
This will definitely be a three hour adventure for sure everyone will be stuffed
In Ho Chi Minh right now one kg of Wagu at the grocery store is 1.6 million and a decent bottle of wine is about 1 million VND so obviously this is amazing value can’t see how the hotel can make any money they must lose a fortune especially with people stuffing themselves silly with Lobster.
I can’t believe anyone would put gravy on Wugu beef ? should be against the law the flavour is amazing by itself.
I will definitely check this place out
