This is fantastic!!! I love how you add your insights and tips to each system and checklist item - absolutely invaluable! Thank you from Cleveland, Ohio.

Excellent stuff cheers. Have been able to really revise my startup proc based on this 👍

Very much appreciated !! Greetings from GE

Thanks for the tutorial and insights.

Great job I really enjoyed this video. Don't worry about the length of the video, if your giving excellent content which you are.  Are going to make a video on some trips and a missed approach and go around would be cool.

Best Explenation i ever seen for MSFS with the Checklist and the edited highlights!

Thanks for the great video. Very nice way to get to know the aircraft.

I do have to add: you say you’ve never seen anything like this in a home simulator. Then I must let let you know about the Hotstart Challenger. For now, that blows everything out of the water. That thing simulates the entire Airinc network, the entire GPS constellation, the actual workings of the IRS, every lightbulb puts a load on the electrical network, and I could go on for a long time.

That being said; this one is also one good simulation!

Once the bug’s and performance optimisations are in (mainly EFB and console) this is going to be a solid 10/10 add on.  And Flight FX will sort them out no problem

Thank you for your inside view, I Puchased it today and must say that there are not much addon aircraft flying so solid as the hawker.

Thanks for the video. I am at around 19min, and I noticed you use this weird panel to select a view. May I sugest you to make custom preset camera angles with keybinds ?

It's actually quite easy to do, and way faster. As an exemple, I use the num pad for all my angles.
5 is the default view, 1 is a corrected default view if needed, 2 is pedestal, 3 is copilot view, 4 and 6 are left and right FMS if needed, 7 is overhead, 8 is EFB and 9 is whatever view I want to set.

You just need a keybind to create and save a custom angle, and another keybind to go to the saved camera angle.

My keybind to create and save a custom angle is right CTRL + whatever num pad key I want.  (For exemple RCtrl + 7 to save the overhead view). Once I've done this, I just hit 7 on the num pad and the view will automatically go to the overhead view. I hit 5 to go back to default pilot's view.

Are you from Wichita? We do love planes here. I got to ride in 'Doc' last year. It was glorious.

Thanks for the video. Appreciate the time and effort.
Could you think about making some videos going through the navigation system.
Example, I can’t get the plane to pick up the nav line after takeoff like the 737-700 for instance. It’s deep for me lol

Great review! Where can we get a copy of the full checklist? I like to print out and laminate my checklist

Question IRL how much of the noes can you see..I'm trying to figure out the correct seating position

So, I've only done a couple of flights in the Hawker, both were in hot weather. Both times, I got a HYD OVHT warning message, and on the second flight, the pumps actually failed before I even made it to the runway. Any idea what is causing this? I don't have a separate tiller axis, so I was using the rudder pedals for steering and braking, but not excessively. But the hydraulic fluid heats up quite quickly both on the taxi out and upon landing. (Although I only got the warning on the taxi out). Can anything be done about this?

hey flynavyj, ive been working on freeware overhaul mod for the challenger 350 and it has been improved greatly so far, since you were typed in it i was wondering if there is a way to contact you and get your thoughts and assistance on it. thanks!
