Sometimes we don't realize how much something is affecting us until our body, mind, and soul can't take it anymore.
In this video, I want to open my heart and share a very painful part of my experience working in Switzerland. A job that, little by little, took its toll on me. I began to feel empty, exhausted, sad, and disconnected from who I was… but for a long time, I wasn't aware that much of what was happening to me was related to my work.
I kept going, as so many women do. Fulfilling my duties, working, enduring, trying to be strong, and telling myself that it would pass.
But there came a point when I had to stop and ask myself: What's happening to me? When did I stop feeling like myself?
Today, I can look back and recognize how much this process hurt me and how much it affected me emotionally. I'm not sharing this from a place of victimhood, but from a need to speak out, to get what's inside me out, and perhaps help another woman recognize the signs I missed.
Because no job should make us lose our peace, our dignity, or our essence.
This video is part of my process of closing a chapter, healing, and rediscovering myself.
❤️ If you've ever felt that a job, a relationship, or a situation was draining your inner light, you might relate to some part of my story.
Thank you for being here, listening, and joining me on this journey.
