In this message, William Branham reads from John 5 and the account of Jesus healing the impotent man at the pool of Bethesda. He asks why Jesus would walk past a great multitude of lame, halt, blind, and withered people and heal only one man—answering from John 5:19 that the Son can do nothing of Himself, but only what He sees the Father do. Branham emphasizes that the same Holy Spirit is here tonight to fulfill the New Testament prophecy, just as Jesus fulfilled the Old. He shares the moving testimony of Miss Florence Nightingale's granddaughter in London—a skeleton of a woman dying of cancer who was healed when the Holy Spirit said, "THUS SAITH THE LORD, you'll live and not die." He then explains that everything Christ can do for us is already done at Calvary—we only have to accept it by faith and confess it, for He is the High Priest of our confession. The service closes with a powerful prayer line where many are healed, including a woman with cancer in her breast whose healing is demonstrated visibly through the vibrations on Branham's hand.
