Its always the non romance movies where the romance hits different. ❤

No one talks about how convincing deepika and amitabh look as father and daughter. Both have sharp diamond shaped faces and both are tall and lanky. Great casting.

I want my father to be like Piku's father. The way he said "kya aurat ka kaam sirf shaadi krke husband ko khana serve Krna and raat ko satisfy krna hai" omg we need more men like him, if I got a father like that if I would have been so blessed✨🙏🏻

The peace. This chaotic movie is actually so peaceful. Truly different. Lovely.

Piku is just like her father, too stubborn to accept her mistake.. And she says he's ziddi when in real life she's just like him..

This movie somehow manages to be chaotic and calming at the same time. Every conversation feels so natural, and that's what makes it special💌 and we miss you Irfan sir.🙏

Every time I watch Piku, I end up noticing something different. It’s funny how the same movie can feel fresh each time. I still remember when it came out in 2015 — I was in my final year of college. No pocket money back then, so thanks to torrents 🤣 I downloaded it and binge-watched it three times in a row right after my last exam in May.
Back then, I kept wondering if Piku and Rana would ever get into a relationship or if they’d just stay friends. That thought always stuck with me. But honestly, the real heart of the film was the father-daughter bond between Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. And still, Irrfan Khan as Rana completely stole the show. His calm vibe, subtle humor, and effortless charm made the movie unforgettable. And Most importantly songs is amazing(yet underrated)..

I think that Piku's father was waiting for Piku to say that she will not sell the house, once she said that, he was at peace and passed away.

I think movies like these, are, or were never instant superhits. Blockbuster movies often get lost after a decade or so. Rather, films like "Piku" enchant ppl in its magic for eternities.

It's very usual one call it's his or her favourite movie. For me it's something beyond cinema. Its a journey, it's an experience, it's a ride of life, it's a rollercoaster of emotions, laughter, caring, love, strength and what not. One word for this movie AMAZING!!!

Irfan sir ❤ gone too soon, I wish I could meet him what a pure soul he was 🥹
And the movie is like a warm hug 🙌🏻 I have already watched 2 - 3 times but always feels fresh I can watch more nd more ❤ deep thoughts in a very light hearted way, the dialogues, the actors, and the director too have a sense of life that shown beautifully 🙌🏻
The pauses by Irfan was amazing I mean he lived every character he played on screen.
Gonna miss him badly... Why it feels personal loss ? 😔
