a politician should never ever have the authority to sign an NDA. they are supposed to serve the people, NOT just companies.

Any town officials signing NDA's hiding that a data center is being built or hiding the scale of the facility should go to prison for 10-30 years

These companies do things quietly and sneakily because they don’t want the backlash from the community. They know the general public doesn’t want them, but they do it anyway in the name of greed.

That any public official can think it's okay to execute an NDA precluding them from providing information to their voters is unacceptable. That these NDAs purport to bind the town or county or state from disclosing the terms of the construction, operation, and eventual dismantling of the particular DC, or, significantly, any environmental or economic impact research that went into the decision-making process, is CRIMINAL.

This lady needs to start recording EVERYTHING. Regular testing of water samples, heat temps, noise levels, pollution. EVERYTHING. Build your case now about the harm they're doing and sue them into the ground. That's going to take effort and time, and honestly might need to be a community effort.

This is pure insanity to allow these data centers to be built, and those politicians who are allowing them to be built in their community need to be put in prison.
