How beautifully the scene is written, Amir starts to tell a story which is the same as of ishan, ishan start to get a panic attack internally, then Amir suddenly changes focus to Einstein, which somehow gets Ishaan out of his anxiety. Amir ask ishan to switch on the light so that Ishaan gets in reality. Not his past, then, ishan answer the question, which means he gained his conscience back, at last, when Amir said he had one more name,  Ishan got anxiety again. Still, Amir said his name, which made Ishan realise that he has hope, how beautiful Amir revolves around Ishan's trauma and life without touching Ishan's life and made him realise that he is not alone.
