Getting ready for fall, one cozy little step at a time… cozy season is almost here. 🍂🤍

In today’s vlog, I’m starting my fall preparations with a deep clean of the living room. I’m cleaning the sofa and rug, washing the cushion covers, and slowly getting our home ready for the cozy autumn season.

I’ve also been trying to make cleaning feel a little less overwhelming by building small habits into my everyday life and focusing on just one room at a time when it comes to deeper cleaning. A clean home feels wonderful, but I still want to leave plenty of time to actually enjoy it. 🤍

And of course, we need a little cozy DIY. 🍊🕯️ Instead of buying something new for fall, I wanted to see what I could create with things I already had at home. So while everything was drying, I made a decorative fall candle using leftover wax, dried oranges, cinnamon, and a few other things I found around the house.

I’ll be adding little touches of fall to our home each week, so this is only the beginning. 🍂
