Today was to celebrate my dad's birthday — he just had his pacemaker replaced, so there were two reasons to celebrate! 🎂
But we went to Mocelin (for me, the best steakhouse in Rio these days 🥩) and what was supposed to be a relaxing lunch turned into a nightmare: my dad got sick from some lasagna he ate earlier, I ran to the pharmacy to buy Eno (a pain reliever), and even then the whole family arrived late (in true Rio style 😅).
In the end, everything turned out alright, everyone had fun, and I'll take you with me throughout the day — from the quick risotto I made at home before leaving, to everyone arriving at the restaurant.
