I went to see the magnificent Shirafura, a breathtaking natural wonder created by a volcanic eruption approximately 5 million years ago in Hokkaido. It was truly awe-inspiring!
Takise Coast Shirafura, a scenic spot in Otobe Town, a town on the Sea of Japan side of southern Hokkaido, offers a wild, dynamic, yet delicate landscape unlike anything you'd expect in Japan.
It's also famous among fans as the place where GLAY's TERU and TAKURO performed on Taka & Toshi's TV show.
Please do come and see the beautiful formations created by nature and the breathtaking sunset over the Sea of Japan!
Also, a place name that appeared on my car's navigation system 20 years ago didn't show up in Google Maps searches. It seems to have a long history.

海岸下まで降りないと、雄大な景色は見れないと、足が悪い私は諦めていましたが、充分上からも絶景を見る事が出来きそう🎉
