In this episode, I'll show you a completely different Alicante. After watching the video about the less fortunate neighborhood, many people asked, "Arthur, where do the wealthy people live?" Today, we're heading to San Juan (Playa de San Juan)—one of Alicante's most prestigious neighborhoods, where apartments cost from several hundred thousand to millions of euros, and the residential complexes are more reminiscent of five-star resorts.
Together with Natalia, who has lived here for many years, we'll stroll through the neighborhood and show you its true colors. We'll see luxury developments with swimming pools, tennis courts, gyms, and green spaces, explore several residential complexes, ascend to the upper floors with stunning views of the Mediterranean, and find out how much real estate costs today in one of Alicante's most expensive neighborhoods.
We'll also discuss:
✔️ why San Juan is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in the city;
✔️ Who lives here – Spaniards, foreigners, or retirees;
✔️ How much do apartments and villas cost in 2026;
✔️ How does this area differ from central Alicante and other areas of the city;
✔️ Why do many dream of buying a home here?
I'll show you Alicante's best beaches, cozy restaurants, promenades, beautiful views, and atmospheric places, and I'll tell you whether it's worth the extra cost to live here.
If you're planning a move to Spain, want to buy property on the Costa Blanca, or are simply interested in life in Alicante, this video will be useful for you.
