Important to note is the orientation of the slit in the slide bushings; they should be 90 degrees to the forward direction of the motorcycle. Also, you installed the washer upside down; the chamfered side is toward the ground (towards the oil seal).

Looks fairly easy as long as you have the right tools, nicely done sir 👍😁

Buen video

Nice mix of imperial and metric 🤣🤣 great vid

Thank you for the great video! after watching I felt confident enough to do it myself. However, after pricing out the specialty tools I decided it’s cheaper to have a shop do it if I bring them the forks hahaha but I’m glad to have the knowledge now

12:42，The locking torque value needs to be converted through the formula, not directly tightened according to the manual value (90nm)

I was saying you forgot the adjuster rod!! lol then you remembered . Good thing I was paying attention.

What size is the seal driver?

Can you drop a link for both the specialty tools?

Best video on the newer style gxsr forks as far as assembly. Was hoping to see the disassembling process which requires the spring compressor tool, correct?

Aren’t you supposed to bleed the damper rods by pumping them up and down 10 times? It’s interesting to me because a lot of of these leader bikes use the same 43 mm Showa forks, but depending on the manufacturer and year, we seem to be doing different things when every time I take apart a 43 mm Showa, they are exactly the same…. Even the parts are interchangeable.

Hi, I have gsxr600 2014 which fork oil would you recommend me? Motul or Repsol 10w be okey?

Oil is 420ml?

Hi suzuki gsxr 750 cc 2014 478ml ?

The dome piece that goes under the spring is in backwards. That dome goes toward the bottom of the spring

Bottom collar is upside down per my diagram as someone mentioned that i missed and finished torquing and putting it back per video 🤦🏼‍♂️
