Coming back to this panel for the second time and I really wish Phil would just say “I don’t know” instead of pretending we’re just not smart enough to understand how GH effects lipolysis. Love that Sebastian finally made him state this towards the end. Overall good panel.

Perfect information. There is a lack of information regarding how to properly mitigate blood sugar risks and stay safe while also reaping the benefits of modern technology. Hell, my fiance is a type 2 diabetic and I'm still confused as to what to do to prevent pre-diabetes or high blood sugar for long periods of time considering I've never had high blood sugar before. I know everything she isn't doing to control her blood sugar, like eating healthy, taking her medication on time, things like that. But when you have tendons that are trying to repair themselves and a body that feels like it's falling apart, it's important to try and make sure we stay as safe as possible with what we do. My fiance isn't on insulin, but I'm half tempted to keep insulin on hand, not just for the things discussed, but also for her when her blood sugar is consistently over 200... I saw her in the hospital get five shots of insulin before her blood sugar finally dropped below 300. Instead of checking her blood sugar regularly, she gauges her blood sugar on how blurry her vision is. See, I'm trying to avoid getting to that position in the first place. I've explained the blurry vision means she is getting permanent damage to her eyes, but alas, she won't think about it until she's in her 40s or 50s.
