I made a beautiful high high G outside the staff today :D instead of being stuck normally with a high G. Just sighing, and no tension

Great video Paul. You taught me back at SWCHS between 1999-2003... I've barely played since then but recently dusted off my horn. Was amazed how much of the muscle memory remains - I can play a scale (and played a serviceable Last Post before I could oil the seized valves...) but can't remember what notes are which. Chops killing me after 2 minutes. I googled 'trumpet warm-up' and there you were, looking not a day older.
