Thank you for this. Moonstruck is one of my all time favorite movies.

omg, I lived in the neighborhood when it was filmed!  Every so often I watch it again to remember what it was like back then.  So grateful to have it captured.

This is a GREAT documentary! I’m so happy I got to see this. Moonstruck is one of my favorite films. IMHO this film is the most succinct and comprehensive statement about what “LOVE” is in all its varied forms. Family love, passionate love, practical love, infatuations, infidelity, and how could you talk about love without DOGS! Alla famiglia! Salute!

Brilliantly written, brilliantly cast, brilliantly shot. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore…

I so love this movie . The casting was perfect. The story line brillant .  Absolutely  magnifico !

It’s a masterpiece

This movie is perfection.

Great film! I've seen it so many times.

40 years later and this picture still inspires love and laughs in all who see it.  It is one of those masterpieces of cinema that came together by the hand of "Flicker," the god of motion pictures.

I simply ADORE Moonstruck. I grew up (my teens) in that neighborhood. Cher and Nicolas Cage were electrifying. The rest of the cast were magnificent. Although I saw it in a movie theater upon its release, I've re-watched it dozens of times since. It's pure magic. Thank you, SF, for showcasing this gem! ❤❤

I could say every line in the film. It is sooo much fun 🎉🎉🎉💕💕💕🫶

One of my fav movies of all time. Everyone did a sublime job in this film.

Oh, THIS is one of the greatest SF videos. Enjoyed it immensely! Thank you for sharing this one. Saw it in '87 and again on the big screen last year. Ahh, the memories and laughs. And yes, the old man steals EVERY scene he's in. "Somebody, tell a joke". And "I'm confused". Hahaha!

I’m Irish-Catholic from the Midwest, and the kitchen was where every family decision, event, and conference was centered.  One of the many reasons I could relate to this film.

One of my fav movies, I watch it at least once a year.  Me, Cher and Nick Cage, some popcorn and a delightful night in.

I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE MINUTE of this movie and still do!

One of my favorite movies of all time.❤❤❤

Cher has that little bit of self-doubt about herself that makes just average entertainer's/ actor's extraordinary.....Cher has never been average about anything....she is unique and I'm so glad she accepted the role and Olympia Dukakis was great too....they both won Oscars... supporting for Olympia and Best Actress for Cher....the roar of approval from the audience when Paul Newman read her name out was amazing.... I implore anyone who loves watching the oscars to watch Cher's acceptance speech because it's sincere and humble....there are speeches that have really stood out over the decades and Cher's is one of them!  Italian-american's are so expressive and funny! Thanks SF!

Oh my god. Thank you SO much for finding this. One of my favourite film forever. Saw it as an 8 year old at the movies in Australia in 1987. So fascinating hearing about the screenplay writer Shanley and where he got his inspiration from. Absolutely precious and proves if you put your mind and heart into something you know, take that risk, you might just win, big time. Fantastic.

The most perfect film ever I reckon ❤
