Bragança Paulista is located in the interior of the state of São Paulo, close to the border with Minas Gerais. It has around 180 thousand inhabitants, making it a medium-sized city. The city is the beginning of the route to the Circuito das Águas Paulista, where tourist resorts such as Socorro and Águas de Lindóia are located.
