I'm 72 years old and to me Sohyang is the best singer I've ever heard.  She has been through so much in her life. She got married at 20 years old and soon after she was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer and was able to survive but rendered infertile.  She is a devout Christian and gave God the credit for her surviving the cancer.  She first began singing in her local community, with no aspirations of pursuing a career as a professional singer.  She has turned down many offers from major record companies, because it would interfere with the plan God gave her, that is to use her voice to comfort people who are going through difficult times.  Sohyang is not only beautiful on the outside, but more important she is beautiful on the inside.

Sohyang, the world's best singer

Next song from Sohyang sing "I have nothing" DMC Festive.

Sohyang is the queen of 5th octave she lives there other singers just visit.

This singer is simply the best on earth.

After God healed So Hyang of uterine cancer more than 20 years ago, her goal continues to be to use her voice to bring comfort to people who are experiencing difficult times.

In addition to being a published author of many books of fiction, So Hyang lectures about song and vocal technique, at a South Korea university.

She has mixed up to a D6. Her team say her top note is a D7. G5 is her super easy comfort note she hits a lot. She does not use any whistle notes. She may be able to, but you will never see her so it live or on a recording. She is way better than Mariah and all the rest in my opinion. She started singing at age 19. She is now 46 I believe and still has not lost anything. With her prestige training, she can sing any genre, even does a rap song where she rap/sings. Super fast and super precise. He range in this song we just heard is high for most, but not for her.

She does all her arrangements

Rise me Up if you want more of the Celtic vibe from Sohyang

소향 노래는 언제 들어도 전율이네요. 리액션 잘 봤습니다.

Guys you have seen nothing yet, she is amazing and she is not a girl she is in her Forty's. Please react to Arirang Alone. G5 and Bb5 is her signature note. U can also check out her performance of everyone and the masked singer 💞 y'all

Please react to So Hyang
" Arirang alone"

She has so many song and what you heard here is Nothing on what else So Hyang has done. If you want to see someone surpass Watney's version of  - I Have Nothing (See So Hyang do it here) https://youtu.be/CFtRUSPxcas

Katie looked like she was going to pee half way through that performance.   But seriously Sohyang killed it. Her own arrangement, first up performance in the competition  -  no way to follow that

sohyang is ‘everyone’ more than good briddge over trouble

Oh, by the way. Sohyang squeezed all of her sessions with Seth Riggs into a short vacation she had in the US back around 2010 or so. She had so few sessions with Seth Riggs, I think three at most, that Sohyang herself condensed what she learned from him into "learning how to hit a note precisely." Other than that Sohyang is a 100% self taught singer, believe it or not. Her IQ must be enormous. 🤷‍♂

And here is a "before and after" video of this performance. Sohyang is like a kid and so humble. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6K8Sl58e9I4

We need more SoHyang reactions

I recommend Sohyang's new song "Sohyang + Petra ‘Freedom’ ".

She killed LEAN ON ME live in front of Michael Bolton...K POP artists singing song he's done. She was so good!
